No warranty

The tools are provided "as is" for engineering reference and education. Automated tests check the supplied model; they do not establish compliance with every published standard. The tools are not a substitute for professional judgement. Read each tool's limitations and verify against the relevant standard before field deployment, safety-critical design, or regulatory submissions.

Use

You may use the tools freely for personal and commercial engineering work. You may not resell the tools as-is or claim the dataset as your own.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, IslaOps Ltd is not liable for losses arising from reliance on these tools.

Workbook purchases

The RF Link Budget Workbook bundle contains a printable PDF and an editable XLSX spreadsheet. The one-off price is £9 for both files, with no delivery charge or subscription. Payment is processed by PayPal.

Delivery is manual: after checking that payment is completed in PayPal, we email the files to the email address on that payment within 24 hours. A pending payment or a visit to the return page is not payment confirmation.

The purchaser may use and copy the files for personal and internal professional work. Redistribution, resale and public sharing are not permitted. The bundle does not include bespoke engineering advice. You need a PDF reader and software supporting XLSX formulas; no macros are included.

For cancellation requests, missing delivery, faulty files or other purchase problems, email info@islaops.co.uk with the transaction reference. Do not send card details. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights.
