What we collect

All calculators on this site run entirely in your browser (client-side). The values you enter are not transmitted to our servers and are not stored by us.

Hosting and fonts

Cloudflare serves this website and processes network request information, such as IP addresses and requested page addresses, to deliver and protect it. Calculator inputs are processed in your browser. The website serves its fonts locally through Cloudflare; loading fonts does not send requests to Google Fonts.

Analytics and advertising

Optional Google Analytics is currently disabled in this website build. We load no analytics script and send no analytics requests before you accept. Rejecting analytics does not affect any calculator. We do not use advertising tracking.

If you accept, Google Analytics uses first-party cookies (names starting with _ga, with a configured lifetime of six months) to estimate visitors and sessions. It receives page paths, device and broad country information, referral origins and named calculator-use events. We remove URL query strings, fragments and referrer paths. We never send calculation inputs or results, names or email addresses in these events. Google's service processes network information to receive requests; RF Utility does not store raw analytics IP addresses or client identifiers in its reporting database.

You can accept, reject or withdraw using “Analytics preferences” at the foot of every page. We remember your choice in local storage for six months. Withdrawal stops future analytics and removes accessible Google Analytics cookies; it does not automatically erase data already held by Google. An optional testing-browser exclusion also uses local storage until you reverse it.

Our private reports store aggregate counts and Search Console search-performance data. Google Search Console figures are delayed and do not identify individual visitors. GA4 users are estimates of consenting browsers, not a verified count of people. New and returning categories can overlap. We use these reports to improve engineering tools and content, with access limited to the operator.

Before enabling analytics in production, the operator must configure Google Analytics retention to two months for event-level data, disable advertising features and enhanced measurement, and review Google's processing terms and any international-transfer safeguards. Private aggregate reports are retained for historical comparisons; they contain no calculator inputs. See Google's privacy policy for its handling of data. Purchases and support

If you buy the workbook, PayPal processes the payment under its privacy statement. We use the order details, payment status and email address supplied through PayPal to verify your payment, send the PDF and spreadsheet manually, and handle purchase queries. We do not receive or store your full card details on this website.

Purchase and support correspondence is handled through our business email service. We use it to fulfil and support your order, not to add you to marketing lists. The static website has no customer-account or payment database. Contact us using the address below for questions about your purchase information.
