F_REF = F_offset + ΔF_global × (N_REF − N_offset). The global raster is 5 kHz below 3000 MHz, 15 kHz from NR-ARFCN 600000, and 60 kHz from NR-ARFCN 2016667 (24250.08 MHz).
For n78, NR-ARFCN 630000 gives 3000 + 0.015 × (630000 − 600000) = 3450 MHz. NR-ARFCN 620000 is 3300 MHz.
A band can use only selected entries on that grid. Choose the direction and raster; off-grid frequencies are rejected rather than rounded. This checks the channel reference grid, not a full radio configuration: bandwidth, guard bands, SCS, synchronization and band-specific channel restrictions still apply. See the source-linked NR band directory.
